Section 13 - Wing Spar

This section is a real tedious pain in the butt!  You'll work probably 10 to 15 hours
on this section, and when you're done it'll look like you were in the shop for
an hour.   Watch the directions carefully regarding drilling the j-stiffners.
There's a drawing on the last page of the section that shows better where not to
drill.  I haven't yet figured out what's critical about them, if anything.
Also, on I think page 13-4, it talks about where to mount the tie-down brackets.  My spar
didn't come with the 2 large holes available.....they had those huge honkin'
rivets in them.   I had to drill out the rivets in order to mount the bracket
and put in the AN3-5A bolts.

Total time spent on project so far: 230 Me-hours, + about 15 helper hours.
