| pins exit the doors. I had previously filled these areas w/ a filler, but one of them began to seperate from the Delrin block. So the |

| solution is to wrap everything in a layer of fiberglass. After epoxying in the door windows, I was not happy with the seam between |
|
| the plexi and the door shell. I'm going to leave this area painted and it is important to me that it looks 'finished' So.- Solution is to |

| tape off the windows w/ fine-line tape and then apply filler and sand to a smooth radius that can be painted. Easier said than |
|
| done, but hopefully worth the effort. another one of those Deems quirks that is not going to make the plane fly faster straighter of |
|
| further, but if i dont' do it before Paint, I will hate myself forever!. A little tough to sand those small radii with short/fat fingers, but |

| that done. I prepped both door interiors for priming w/smooth prime around the perimeter and the windows. The bulk of the |

| doors will be covered by the upholstery 'shells' that I previously made, the perimeter will also be partially covered w/ door seal, so |
