| Before moving on to the Left door panel I wanted to verify that there was no interferrance in closing the door itself. I I mounted |
| the panel to the door w/ ultra thin velco, and then remounted the door.Viola! it fit nearly perfectly! and the door closed without any |
| additional force required. in fact I cleaned out the garage and hosed it down and hosed off the plane with the doors closed. when |
| i opened the doors there was not a single drop of water in the door channels, these door seals work terffic! with the garage |
| cleaned I moved on to the left door 1st removing it, then trimming the fiberglass panel to the pencil lines previously scribed on |
| the door interior surface. After sanding the edges true, I proceeded to glue the 3/32" foam to the door panel using the sprayon |
| "1081" adhesive. then I cut a piece of the tweed fabric and proceeded tro glue it on similar to the Right side door. This take |
| slonger than expected because I only glue a small (6" x6" area at a time, trying to be careful not to get any wrinkles in the fabric. |
| completed gluing the fabric to the foam and trimmed the perimeter. tomorrow, I'll finish glueing and wrapping the edges. Then |
| the doors will be ready for interior perimeter paint. |
