Finished off the baffling & plenum today. Fabircated the tension rods to tie the bottom (Barrels and Heads) of the baffles |

together, The 1st set of die's I used weren't sharp enough to cut through the Stainless steel, so a quick trip to Ace to pick up a |

new 6-32 die, and we were off to the races. Took several back and forth trips to get the bends just right, but not a really big deal. |

I removed the Dessecant cartridges today and reinstalled the sparkplugs. Re torques ALL of the plugs and attached the plug |
|
leads. I finally figured an easy way to secure the leads for the top plugs (Image 3). Also added some nutplates to the aft portion |

of the plenum to tighten the fit between it and the rear baffling on #6 & #5. I had to sand some on th eplenum as when I riveted |
|
the rear baffles, it drew them closer than the clecoed' version was. |
