issue with the Engine mount cross member. This is an issue that Tim ran into also. I called Van's and talked To Scott Risan |

(VERY HELPFUL). He reported that they had made a change to the mount after Tim's incident and while they had heard |
|
incidents from people of it being very close Mine was the 1st they had heard of actual interference. They requested I ship the |
|
mount back to them, and they will put the fix on it similar to Tim's. they just want to make sure that something hasn't changed in |
|
their mount set-up. I believe that part of the problem is that the CAS system from Barrett has a custom cast oit sump that must |
|
be larger then the stock Lyc. Scott @ Van's is awarre the I have a BPE engine, and he was extremly friendly and willing to help. |

pull the nose gear and engine mount. Two steps backward ! |
