Steps 1,2&3                                                 Fabricate VS1014 L&R, cleco to VS1003 - Made mistake, drilled for AN4 vs AN3, 
per Van's and RV10 list, Ok to continue and use AN4. Also Mistake, mach countersunk ALL spar doubler rivets instead of only 
below attach holes. Called Van's OK to use flush rivets and continue.
