plates. Got one coat of primer applied to them and sanded, One more tomorrow. Earlier in the day I repaired the gaps in the |
intake ring retainer, by building some clay dams and pouring in some Epoxy/Flox.Cabosil mixture. Shot 3 heavy coats of Smooth |
Prime on the upper Cowl. I thought that after sanding that there were very few pinholes in the upper Cowl, Boy was I Wrong!!! |
this thing is covered with them, I ended up squeezing a lot of the wet mixture sparyed on into as many of the holes as I could. I |
probably got 80 % of them, After it had a chance to dry fully, I sanded one half of the upper cowl w/ 100 grit, I'll finish sanding |
tomorrow than spray on an additional coat and squeegy the remaining pinholes. should also get started ont he lower cowl |
