| operation of the hidden hinge with everything clecoed in place, I places several plys of duct tape across the top of the upper cowl |

| to hold the oil door flush while the lay-up is applied and curing, then turned the cowl over Sanded the perimeter of the door |
|
| opening and then applied duct tape to the inside of the oil door, trimmed it with an exacto knife so that it only covered the door |
|
| itself. Prepared a 7 ply lay-up betwen two sheets of plastic film, squeeged excess epoxy out, trimmed with roller cutter to 7.5" sq, |
|
| and applied it to the underside of the door opening, Added some peel ply. |
