components. MAde some posterboard templated so that i can cut out the .0625 inserts that fit into the panel. Fortunately with the |

heat the console set up rather quickly and I was able to trim the glass and dress it. Removed the joined console from the fuse |

and the alum rib cap, and began the extremely boring process if filling, and sanding, filling and sanding,filling and sanding......... |

Started 1st w/ Bondo for the places needing to be built up, then switched to a sandable lightweight filler. The number of |
|
compound curves on this beast makes it difficult as everything has to be broken down into small steps which deal with a single |
|
surface at a time. Not finished with it, got the rear half done, need to continue tomorrow. Hope the finished product is worth the |

|
