Start to work on the Fuse bottom skins. Pealed the Vinyl, I found I had a problem , I assembled the Fuse bulkhead assembly to |
the Rear seat ribs abd DID NOT get the aft flange of the 1018L&R outboard seat ribs on the OUTSIDE of the bulkhead, I thought |
i was going have to drill out major portions of the bulkhead and the1018 ribs. BUT I was able to bend the 1018 ribs enough to |
get them free and on the outside of the bulkhead end flange. This allowed me to cleco the 1021 ourboard baggage ribs between |
the 1018's and the bulkhead per the plans. Whew!!! close call, it added some time , but not as much as it could have. The 1021 |
baggage ribs on the plans show that there should be a joggle on the forward end of the ribs where they meet the 1018. I |
checked a couple of other builders web sites, and found that their ribs were the same as mine (No Joggle) so I proceeded, as |
near as I can tell it shouldn't be a problem down the road when the side skins get attached. Clecoed the rear seat floor stiffeners. |
Then clecoed both skins to the rib assembly, then match drilled all common holes. And reamed the #30 holes on the top of the |
