Drilled, deburred and dimpled access panels, Installed nutplates in access panels, dimpled the covers, primed covers and 
installed accesspanels, clecoed on the wing tips, this is th 1st time i've had them back on following the mod to shorten that Right 
wing tip, Whew! looks like ti worked out just fine, I think I'll just leave them clecoed on while in storage as they will have to come 
off for paint prep etc.  
 
Someone on the Matronics list emailed me and asked about heat problems with the LED's, So I connected the Right LED and 
put some power to it for 25 minutes to see if there was any significant heat build up. After 25 minutes the heat sink got warm, but 
not hot, the lens covers were attached, and I felt all around the lens and inside the wing tip to see if any of the fiberglass wa 
getting hot, Result = No heat problem !!!
Wings all done! ready for hanger storage and paint 
prep.
